Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.
Once shipped, most USPS Ground Advantage orders arrive within 2–6 business days, depending on location.
Priority Mail typically arrives within 1–4 business days.
Please note that shipping carrier delays are outside of our control once a package has been accepted by USPS.

Many of our gemstone beads are natural, while some may be dyed, treated, manmade, coated, or enhanced.
Material details are listed clearly within each product listing whenever applicable.

Because gemstone beads are made from natural materials, each strand may vary slightly in color, pattern, texture, and inclusions.
We do our best to photograph products as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur due to lighting, monitor settings, and natural variation.
How many beads are on a strand?

Approximate bead counts are listed within each product description.
We intentionally under estimate to allow room for occasional natural variation, including missing, misdrilled, or damaged beads that can sometimes occur during manufacturing and strand cutting.
For example, many 8mm strands may contain around 50 beads, but we may list them closer to approximately 45 beads to help ensure expectations stay consistent.
Because bead counts can vary slightly depending on cutting and strand length, counts are approximate.
