Sometimes items don’t work out for a project or you simply change your mind and that’s okay. We’ve kept our return process clear and easy so you can shop with confidence.
🔁 Returns
If you need to make a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is approved, items must be shipped back within 10 days.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
Bead strands or products that are cut, used, or opened are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns that do not meet the conditions or timelines outlined above may not be eligible for a refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn items
- Cut or altered bead strands
- Opened packages
- Clearance, sale, or special order items
